Cleaning out History

I was just wondering, How do we clean out our "History"
file. This is the one that shows where you have been on
the internet. I really cant find any help on the site
either. Thanks to all who reply!!!

If your on Xp go to Control Panel - Network & Int Options-
Internet Options - Clear History bar is under General tab.
