clean install, now what do i do?

wiped off my hard drive and did my very first clean
install. After I finished the "Tour," is there something
that I have to do with loading drivers, systems32,
winnt32, or initializing virgin programs, Windows Update?

Visit Windows Update, get the latest Critical Updates at least, and
reinstall and update your antivirus software.

Then enable the Internet Connection Firewall and clean off Welchia and
Blaster. You were probably infected before you even started The Tour.
