Classic Phone Tools

I would like to have my computer act as an answering
machine , I have looked in Phone tools (help section -
which does have instructions on what to do)but I can't
find where I would locate any menu or area that I can
pull up regarding the the setup of the answering machine
software. I can pull up all things on the fax, but can't
seem to locate anything else, WHAT AM I MISSING??
 
That functionality would be part of the drivers and software for your
modem.... have you checked the modem manufacturer's website to see if it is
available for your model?
