What Printer?
This from HP if it is an all-in-one
Class Installer Has Denied the Request to Install or Update the Driver
These conditions usually indicate that there is a virus (or more than one) on the
computer. The W32.Klez virus and W32.BugBear viruses (and possibly others) will
remove any Windows registry entry that has "Scan" in the name to disable antivirus
software. Scanning software references are removed as well. They may also block an
attempt to install any registry entries that have scan in the name. You cannot use
the antivirus software already installed on the computer to scan for these viruses.
a.. If no viruses are found, disconnect the USB cable to the all-in-one and then
uninstall the all-in-one software using the methods found in HP document Uninstalling
the HP All-in-One Software (bpu01843). Be sure to use any software cleanup utilities
listed in that document for your product model and then reinstall the software.
Contact HP for assistance if the problem persists.

be needed to boot up the computer"?? So I tried to reinstall from a diferent angle,
