Cisco 2100 wireless LAN controller issue

I have a client with this device that was installed by their previous
IT person. After a power outage they no longer can connect to one of
their wireless networks. When they try they are asked for a username
and password which they weren't asked before and nobody knows of one.

Anyway, this is their guest network and the just want a WAP
passphrase
on it, but nowhere in the interface can I find a place to put one.
This thing is beyond complex and way overkill for them, but they got
roped into spending the money so they want to use it. I don't even
see anything in the docs on how to do it.

Can anybody help?

This could be Cisco question. I happen to have the same Cisco wireless LAN
controller. You may want to check the controller configuration or check the
logs.

Yes, I did, nothing . It is weird, there is no place in the web
interface to set a WEP or a WPA password. You can pick which one, but
can't set a password.

It must be a CLI thing, but that is also quite cryptic.

Thank you for the reply.

It is asking for an encryption key not a password. So, look for how to
enter the key.

Right, but there is nowhere to enter the key.
