I have a circle inside my presentation and would like to create a text entry
that wraps around the circle. is this possible?

WordArt is probably a good choice here.

i tried that but every time i resize the wordart to fit around the circle,
the text size changes as well. i even tried locking the aspect ratio. any
ideas?

thanks

You're right. WordArt makes it tough to get text the exact size you want.
It basically scales to fit your shape.

If you choose the 3rd option in word art (curved) type in half your text. You
will find you can stretch fairly easily to a semi circle. Copy > paste flip
vertical and horizontal and edit the text to be the second half of your
message.

Did that answer the question / help?
