Well, SMD and yellow usually means electrolyte capacitor.
Unless very expensive, not larger than 100uF or so. 16V
is enough for computer usage.
You probably don't have a second unit to compare. Best guess is
then to find out hwat they are supposed to do and use the physical
dimensions in addition.
If these are buffering for the supply voltages, something like
100uF is also likely the sensible choice. Do not make them
too large, since that can cause instabilities in switching
PSUS of the external "brick" type.
They do not need to be low-ESR, since HDDs have low-ESR bypass
capacitors (usually creamics) anyways.
