cipher strength

Denied access to sites requiring 128 bit cipher.
Downloaded and installed latest IE, veresion
6.0.2800.1106, but cipher strenght still at 56-bit.
Any suggestions as to the problem?

Make sure you are running at least Service Pack 2 I believe or try the link
