cidaemon.exe

cidaemon.exe is using all of my system resources and will
not stop. I understand cisvc.exe restarts cidaemon.exe
if it uses 40 MB of RAM. This is happening after each
restart of cidaemon.exe and so it is caught in a never
ending loop. No amount of file system checks or restarts
will stop this. What do I do? My PC is unusable. This
began happening after the latest IE Explorer Criticle
Update.

I uninstalled the indexinf service from add/remove

If your computer can't boot up without this problem
arising, try booting in "safe" mode (hold down CTRL while
booting, then choose "Safe Mode" from the menu).
