The developer may have bugs in his or her HTML/Scripting. I'm unfamiliar
with Cicero but I'll tell you what I would do. Use script blocking with your
antivirus software. Also, go to advanced Internet options and disable
"display message on every script error." Also, you can disable script
debugging here (tool for JavaScript and/or VBScript developers). Beware of
spyware and faulty pop-up blockers as well. Use Win Update ... does the
error occur at professional sites such as "msn.com?" If not you could be
dealing with unprofessional sites. You can get viruses and unwanted programs
just by visiting a home page btw (hence antivirus software, firewall, and
Win Update).
