Church database

Hello,
I'd like to construct a database for my church cell groups
with Access 97. We have district leaders over coaches,
which are over the cell group leaders. The database would
also chart attendance. I'd like it designed so that the
cell group leaders would send me there monthly attendance
so that Access can update my records.

Can anyone help me?
