Chronologically tracking registry changes

Is there a place where Windows 2K/XP record the changes to
the registry chronologically. It is probable that a
customer will have multiple applications, some developed
in house, if one application is overwriting a registry
entry that another needs, is there a place that a
troubleshooter could see the registry changes made to that
system.

This may help.
