Choosing what program you would like to run media with

I have somehow disabled the ability to choose what program I would like to
run a movie or music. I am also unable to retrieve my pictures from my
digital camera. I no longe get the pop up that says get picture from camera.
So I desperatly need help I would like the option back again, to be able to
choose what program I use someone please help me. Thank you!!
 
Right click on the drive, select properties, there under one of the tabs you
can set this.

It could be that another program you installed disabled autostart, some do
that because they think either it's insecure or that it interfers with the
program somehow.

Why exactly? Media Player > Tools > Options > File Format.

You don't need that wizard. Just copy/move the files from the virtual
camera drive to the hard disk (Explorer). That takes less time anyway.
