Choosing "Make New Appointment" from Contacts doesn't put contact name in Calender.

When I have my contacts open and I get a meeting with a client I right click on the name and choose the "Make New Appointment with Contact" option. All is well until I notice that it never fills in the name of the contact in my calender - I have to do this manually.

Am I missing something here? Shouldnt't the program automatically insert the name of the contact into the calender and if there is some magic to this - please let me know what it is

Thanks.

What version of Outlook? It works in Outlook 2003.
