Photosmart printers.

I've more or less narrowed my choice down to either the D7160 or the
very simillar D7360.
The local O.Max store (after in-store rebates) sells 'em within $5.00 of
each other, so it comes down mainly to other consumer's experiences.
Would welcome both pros and cons re either model.

Also, I'm planning to purchase a companion HP Photo Scanjet at the same
time and would welcome any consumer experiences with either the Scanjet
4010 and/or the Scanjet 4850. Again, final retail price is quite
similar between these 2 units.

I just got a D7360 for US$150. I also looked at the two and it doesn't look
like there is that much difference. Both use the same 6-ink system and same
cartridges. The D7360 has a 3.4" touch-screen display vs the D7160 2.4"
non-touch display, but I dont know if there is anything you can do on the
D7360's display that you cannot do with the D7130. The D7360 might be
faster, too. My D7360 does a 8.5"x11" full-bleed color photo in about 1
minute. I just got it and haven't used it much yet, but I do like it.

One surprising thing is that you can plug a USB flash drive into the front
USB port and print photos from there. The user manual says the port is for
a PictBridge-enabled camera or iPod, and doesn't say a USB flash drive
works too.
