Choosing a number

I have a column of numbers from which I want to randomly
select 3. Thank You

If you just want to get 3 numbers, you could put this formula in 3 cells

=INDIRECT("A"&INT(RAND()*100))

Change the 100 to the size of the column. Note that the values will keep
changing as the worksheet changes.
