I am using Outlook 2000 on Windows XP. I have several
different e-mail addresses and I want to be able specify
which one I send from each time I send an e-mail. If I
had Outlook set to Internet Only and didn't use Word as
the editor it would be easy: the "Send" button offers a
drop-down list of available e-mail addresses to send
from. However I need to set Outlook to Corporate or
Workgroup and that clever little "Send" button then turns
into a stupid little button. Can anyone suggest an
alternative way of doing it?
Thanks

Assuming you have the appropriate rights to an email
address, you can display the From box by opening a new
message, going to the View menu and choosing From Field.
Then just put the email addres you want to send from into
that field. If you don't have the appropriate rights you
will get an error message.

If you add the From field once, it will appear in all
subsequent messages.
