Hoping to help

I have ran chkdsk several times and never encountered this problem......When
I run it now, it gets to 74% and starts over. This just keeps going over
and over. It does flash a blue screen with something on it, but it flashes
so fast I can't read it. I catch a few words and that is it. The first few
words are something like this: If this is the first time.......something
also like hardware vendor..... What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for any help!

Patty

I am still determined to be cheerful and happy, in whatever situation I may
be; for I have also learned from experience that the greater part of our
happiness or misery depends upon our dispositions, and not upon our
circumstances.

I think I may have found my problem....possible display driver. I am going
to update my old one and see if it helps. I will still take any
advice......I have to go to work, but I will check back in the morning when
I get home.

Thanks
Patty

Sounds like your hard drive maybe going bad. Back up essential files and
plan on buying a new drive. Download a hard drive diagnostics program
from your hard drive manufacturer and run a surface scan.
