chkdsk can't read security descriptor stream??

I don't understand this at all when the computer starts up and checks for errors this come up
anyone Help? thank
 
Try booting to xp cd,recovery,press enter for password,at cmd screen type
CHKDSK C: /
When thru type:EXIT CHKDSK shouldnt,or neednt to run at every start-up,to disable
go to run,type:cmd in cmd type:CHKDSK C: /
/d for disables auto run
