chip reset Konica Minolta 2430

I've refilled a Konica Minolta 2430 cartridge. How can I reset the Chip?

I've heard that a chip with 0% is disabled for printing further on,
right? - Or not? - I urgently need to print!

the chip is a DS 2432. It has no electric contakt to the cartridge. Is
there a trick to persuade the chip to give a "full" signal?

I think you need to replace the chip with an aftermarket chip.
