Windows XP Chinese Printer Drivers

Hi I recently upgraded laptop from 30gb-120gb and (I am based in Shanghai) the 'shop' reinstalled windows xp sp2 version 2002. When I try to install my HP all in one printer, it gives me the language in Chinese (even though before upgrade it was in English) Any way of getting it in English so I can understand?

My cdr-rw does not work so I use an external HD.
 
Do you only get Chinese when you try to install the printer, or is your entire OS in chinese?

Also, this could do with its own thread....

OS in English, but get Chinese when trying to install printer, do not know why, HP cd has both languages and it worked before the 'Shop' re-installed xp, with www.jujumao.com, as a newbie maybe I should have started a new thread.

Any help greatly appreciated.
