Chinese Outlook 2003 download email problem using Pop3

Hi,

I'm using Trad. Chi Windows XP Pro and Trad. Chi Outlook 2003 for download
email.
I face a problem when downloading some Japanese subject with Japanese
attachement email (Excel file). After downloaded, the outlook will hangup and
need to close it manually by Task Manager.
Do you have any idea for this problem?

Never heard about this problem; I often receive Japanese messages with
Japanese name attachments, but no problem (on English WinXP & OL2003).
I suggest you try in a newsgroup where there is experience with Chinese
Outlook: news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.cn.outlook
