Greetings

In order to get a fully Chinese vesion of Windows XP you must purchase the
Chinese version. You cannot convert an English version 2 Chinese.

I believe there is a free Chinese Input Method Engine (IME). Do a search on
this at Microsofts web site. I believe this allows you to a) display chinese
web pages in IE and b) enter chinese text in MS Office documents .....but I
might be wrong as I haven't used it.

Hi,
I think in order to use Chinese input and display chinese
in Windows XP Professional, what you need to do is just to
install the language files from a CD called "Multilanguage
Package CD" (if you have the original CD, you should have
this CD).
