Hi Daivd,
Go to Control Panel / regional and language options.
Select teh languages tab and click on details. This gives
you your choices for input languages.Pop your Win xp disk
in the drive (you may or may not need this) then "add"
chinese to your input list. There is another tab here
called language bar, also click on this and tick the
boxes to enable your language bar, this way you can
switch from Chinese to English or whatever else you are
using.
