Child domain user cannot logon mailbox with OWA

Dear all,

I am testing exchange server 2003 and with following setup:

Parent domain: Domain.com with Server1 as Win2003 DC + Exchange 2003

Child domain: child.domain.com with Server2 as Win2003 DC (no Exchange in
domain)

RUS in Exchange 2003 updated to included child domain and user of child
domain can logon exchange with Outlook 2002. However only partent domain
users are able to logon mailbox with OWA and user of child domain cannot.
The logon box pop-up again after input password. Try logon with both
username and child\username format without success. I tried even to add the
child domain user to administrators group of parent domain with no
difference.

Please help.

Hi William,
You'll need to post this question to one of the Exchange groups, such as
"microsoft.public.exchange.admin" or "microsoft.public.exchange2000.admin."
