Thanks to all of you who helped I now have a clean hdd & all is going well.
Couple more questions.
How do I keep my hdd clean ?
How do I keep it from happening again ?
How did I get this in the first place ?
I use AVG7 & it DIDNOT show anything ever
Is the reason is that this was a worm & not a viru8s ?

AVG is an anti-virus program. While it may find some worms, trojans,
and other malware, it's chief interest is viruses. These days, you
need more.

Google for 'safe hex', since this is an FAQ. If you are suitably
paranoid you don't actually need a virus checker at all. If you are
inadequately paranoid, you will get caught regardless of what virus
checker you have - remember they only check for know problems, and new
ones show up weekly.

How did I get this in the first place ?

By doing something daft. Running unpatched versions of IE or Outhouse
Express. Unpatched OS. Downloading cr&p, or using Kazaa. Clicking on
'yes, please install' when you get some IE popup. Running random .exes
that chums sent you, that you found on cover disks, or whatever. Lending
your PC to people dumber than you. The list is endless.

Yep. You need things like AdAware &/or Spybot S&D (Google is still your
friend).
