I have users with POP3 accounts that would like to check
them and send via that SMTP server from inside my
Exchange environment.

I can set up the POP3 for delivery but the get an error
when sending via that ASPs SMTP server. Can I use my
exchange server to send and how would I find the address
for my exchange server? Is SMTP a default for exchange or
do I need to configure it.

It looks like OUTLOOK 2003 will support what I am trying
to do YES NO?

Thank you for the help,

Eric

Yes, you should be able to point the SMTP server for the POP3 accounts at
your Exchange server (I did this for a long time myself) - just use the name
they enter in the Exchange account setup.
