Checking History

How do I check history to find out the sights visited on
the internet? I used to just go to History in explorer,
but XP doesn't seem to have the folders for history.
 
From IE, select menu View | Explorer Bar | History
OR
In in this folder: C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Local
Settings\History
