Is there any way to check that the email addresses entered into the contact
group are syntax correct? I have over 4000 names and want to send a
newsletter but I keep finding ones that are missing letters, spaces, extra
commas, etc.
Is there any way to check to make sure that the email addresses are correct
as far as layout goes?

As far as I know you'd have to write your own code to parse the names for
syntax. Know any programming languages?

There are a variety of 3rd party email checkers available - just need to do
a google search using a term like "verify Outlook email addresses". However,
a little puzzled as to how any program would know that there are "missing
letters" in an email address other than to tell you that the email address
is reported as non-existent.
