First off this a newsgroup for Windows Mail issues and it is not Tech support but rather a peer to peer newsgroup.

Your error seems to indicate that you are using a Anti Virus program to scan your incoming and outgoing emails.
Disable this feature which is causing this error . Your resident Anti Virus will still protect you. This extra feature is only a layer on top of the actual protection and Windows Mail and most email clients do not work together with this feature very well.
Let us know how you made out after disabling the AV scanning integration from WM.

To add to what Peter said, if disabling email scanning in your
antivirus program doesn't fix your Windows Mail problem, chances
are you are running McAfee or Norton antivirus. Those are not
compatible and will need to be uninstalled and replaced
with a compatible antivirus like the free version of Avast:

Pete,
Sorry to insult you by calling you a tech. Everything's working fine so far.
Thanks for the help.
