I want to stop my server from doing a checkdisk upon
reboot. Is there a place in the registry where i can stop
this fom happening and if so where is it?

In nearly all cases an AUTOCHK is done for a good reason. Finding
out why the disk is left "dirty" and correcting it is the best thing to
do. Not disable this health and safety feature.

Try chkntfs /? at a cmd prompt.

Disabling chkdsk is a good way to lose your data.

Chkdsk runs when the operating system detects filesystem corruption.

A far better solution is to determine why corruption is taking place and
fixing the root cause of the problem.
