Checkbox Validation-to find all the checkbox are checkedor not?

Am encountering a situation where I need to check whether all the checkboxes in a datagrid are checked or not,if it is checked i need to set a variable to one.The number of checkboxes vary dynamically from page to page based on the data.

Could u pls help me out.

The original poster appears to be unaware that his forum is actually a
newsgroup located at news://msnews.microsoft.com (via web at
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx) and
eggheadcafe implements features that are not compatible with newsgroup posts.
Not to mention eggheadcafe doesn't appear to show replies to his question.
