A Albert D. Kallal Jan 8, 2004 #3 Jim's suggestion of using a sub-form,a nd continues forms is actually a good idea. Take look at the following screen shots. They are in ms-access, and they are 100% native ms-access forms. The first example shows the use of a check box, and, really, it looks just like a listbox anyway..
