Strange as it may seem,most power supply's are installed up-side down..
Even when installed by a pc mfg,1 out of 5 that were checked had the board
of the power supply facing the top of the case,it should be facing downwards,
& the split of the shell should be on the bottom (in most cases)...If run
upside
down,the heat-sinks face the bottom,not the top as they should...
