check the week numbers in the outlook calendar!

Week 23 starts with June 5th 2006. In Outlook, however, week 23 starts from
May, 29th

You don't state your Outlook version, but in Outlook 2003, click
Tools>Options>Calendar Options and adjust the "First week of year" drop-down
to be what you think it should be.
