Check Spelling or Grammar

While sending a mail I am asking for Spelling check that time system shows -
Text marked with "DO not Check Spelling or Grammar" was skipped.
 
what version of outlook? are you using word as the editor?

that means it is skipping styles marked to do not check... typically the
signature style is not checked.
