Check Names

When I type in a person's name to send them an email, for
example Joe Schmoe, I get a check names box that appears.
It asks if I want to send to the email address on file or
to the pager address on file for Joe Schmoe. It's
annoying. How can I turn off the check names
functionality. Thanks.
