Check if connected via ActiveSync

Hi,

How do I check to see if pocketpc is connected via ActiveSync?

I have app on a Symbol handheld with built-in wireless support (and
accompanying APIs that let me check wireless signal). So before I even send
a request out to network I would like to check the signal strength
(obviously if no signal I will handle accordingly and won't have to wait for
a network timeout). However if they are running the app on the cradle
connected to network via ActiveSync I want to ignore the wireless since they
should have connectivity.

saw that this question was asked early this morning.

checked out the registry key indicated -
LocalMachine\\Comm\\tcpip\\hosts\\ppp_peer
and saw how the keys in ppp_peer were cleared out when I removed pocketpc
from cradle - and return when redocked.

I already use OpenNetCF for registry keys so this will be simple to
implement.
