Check Disk Error

After system reboots and runs Check Disk the last line says: Insufficient
disk space to fix master file table. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I had 100GB of free space. I read a Knowledge Base article that said delete
some unused files. I deleted all the files I had on the disk except the ones
used by Vista and it fixed the problem.
