I am also fairly new to Frontpage 2003, I am working on a website for my
company, I have a page that consists of a job applicaion. On the application
there are form fields for the person to type in and also check boxes. The
text boxes come back just fine but the check boxs do not. What have I not
linked or done wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Debbie

What's the URL to the form so we can take a look? Are you emailing the
results? In Form properties do you have it set to include those fields in
the results?

David, the URL is www.rrtransinc.com. As far as the applications, I go on
my computer and check the pending applicatiions and they pop up, our tech
support set that up. They are not very Frontpage savey, so I did not even as
them about this question. Where would I find the Form properties, see I told
you I was new to this. Thanks alot David.

To get to Form Properties right-click on the form and choose Form
properties.

As for the URL you provided, where on the site is the form in question?
Please provide a URL to that page so we can find it.

All of your radio buttons are grouped to Personal_Sex (not sure what this
means:-) but if you select Yes in Hazmat Rating box, then try putting a Yes
in the entry below that...your radios seemed wonky...like maybe you
copy/pasted them with same name??

If you check Yes in Hazmat...you lose your sex...not a good thing,...but
maybe true? :-)

the
| job application. Is this what you needed?
| I warned you I was a newby.
| Thanks David

Oh my gosh, not good. Yes, when you answer one the other clicks out, (as you
said, my sex dissapears) how can I fix this and make those buttons work the
way they are supposed to, any suggestions on that?

Make sure each group of radio button has a unique name

Checkbox must have unique name and are not grouped.
