Check boxes???

I have a simple form with subform. The subform has some
simple calculated controls. Every time I change any
value on the main form, the subform appears to
recalculate. This could be normal behavior.

However... after a "find-via-recordsetclone" on the main
form, when I click a check-box control on the main form,
Access aborts! Every time. Same data and forms in
an .mdb and this does not happen. If I replace the
checkbox with a list box, it doesn't happen either.

Anyone encountered this before?

Thanks, Stuart

Several times. I have found reference to this as a known bug, but it
doesn't seem to be something MS wants to address. I have ended up
programming around this several times. If I remember correctly, it only
occurs with a Bit Data type in SQL. It has been a while since I dealt with
this, but you should be able to search this group and Google Groups for a
limited amount of information.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. I have asked this question at least twice in
the past with little or no solution.

Thanks. I didn't think it was me...
The workaround I have used seems OK, i.e., using a list
box with two choices.
