Check boxes when exporting

I have a couple of yes no fields represented as check boxes in my Access
Report.
Every time I export to Word or Excel or for that fact any other feature I
always lose the data in the check boxes. Nothing comes up. Turning them back
to Yes No's is not an option because then I lose all calculation abilities.
Any help advice is greatly appreciated.

This is correct. You can't use a checkbox when exporting like that.

You can send the report as a Snapshot or a pdf if the recipient will not
tneed to modicfy the data.

I'm not sure why changing them to a yes/no would affect any math. You can
count "yes's" just like you can checkmarks, you just have to put that logic
in the formula.

Thanks Rick,

I realized I had Adobe and converted the snp's to pdf's. Thanks for your
insight. It is a shame the boxes won't come over.
