Check boxes do not print

Access reports-Check boxes only print on my old HP4550 laser printer not on
my old HP1315 or new HP7410 inkjets. There are not EMF or RAW settings in the
7410 to change.

Those graphic controls are problematic in some situations.
Scrap it and use a text box instead. Set the text box's
FontName to a font that has an acceptable character (maybe
just an X) and set the text box's control source expression
to =IIf(yesnofield, "X", "")

where X is the character that you decide to use in the
chosen font.
 
I agree, but those controls are just a graphical image and
there's not much you can do to them. They're usually
acceptable in a form, but I stay away from them in reports.
