I have a main form where I enter customer information and
a subform where I enter county information. The customer
information can be sent to one to many counties in the
state of FL and I need to generate reports to indicate how
many customers have been forwarded to each county. When
the customer information is sent to all counties I check a
check box called statewide but I still have to enter all
67 counties manually into the subform in order for it to
count as one sent.

Example I click on the check box and it adds 67 new
records for that customer. 1 per each county.

Please help!

Seems like the thing is broken from the initial design on
up ... is why I ask.
