Check box & Option buttons

Hello,

I am having a very hard time... I am (very) new to Access and I would like
to use option buttons to filter data from my table/queries, and possibly
return the results in a report. I can put the options on a tab/form but I do
not know how to make it display a report when I (or the user) selects the
options in layout mode.

Basically, I would like to know how to use the Option and/or check box
buttons properly to generate a report.
