Charts - Is there an alternative to MSGraph - Access 2k

I have been designing a form which is to host a chart and have been a little
frustrated with MS Graph. It certainly draws a graph displaying my data,
but it does not seem to offer the user any prospect of customising it. For
instance, I would like to provide a horizontal red line representing the
average monthly productivity I am aiming at, so the user can see how the
actual results compare. I can add a line in design view, and specify I want
it in front, but in use MS Graph obstinately insists on staying in the
foreground, hiding my line.

Can anyone suggest an alternative which offers more control for the creative
soul, and is (hopefully) easy to use and (better still) free. But if I have
to pay I guess I will.

In form desing view set the chart to...

Enabled = Yes
Locked = No

....then return to normal view and double-click on the chart. That will open the
MSGraph desing tools where you can make your changes.

You can also double-click the chart while the form is in design view, but you
might not see your chart populated with your data. Often you just get a
template sample when doing that.
