I have clients who are not satisfied with the color choices allowed in the
Chart portion of PowerPoint. I use PowerPoint for the PC almost exclusively
because of those clients. I have played around with charts in PowerPoint for
the MAC and found it much easier to use. Is there any chance MS will revisit
Chart in PowerPoint for the PC and give us something a little more robust?

Which version of PowerPoint do you use? And which version do your clients
use? In PowerPoint 2007 you can choose 6 of 16 mill. colors for charts.

Best regards,
Ute

None whatever (it's not even part of a normal Office 2007 install, but you can
use a custom install to get it).

2007 now uses Excel for charting, which gives you more choices more easily.

On the other hand you can get any color you want in a single chart using the
current version of PPT.

Activate the chart, choose Tools, Options and go to the Color tab.
Click the color you want to change then click Modify.
Assign any color you like.
You can then use that color in your chart.
