Hi.

I have been handed a presentation to update with this years figures. The
ppt file seems to be linked to an excel spreadsheet, but I cannot find the
location of the s/sheet on the server!

Does anyone know how I do this? As usual the help files are throwing up
blanks...

Thanks,
Steve.

Barfin' blanks, are they? <g>

If using PPT 2003 or previous:

Choose Edit, Links. That'll show you a list of the links in the presentation
and where they point.

Or use the link report tool in the free demo of FixLinks
http://www.pptools.com/fixlinks/

If using PPT 2007:

Um. Might want to switch back to 2003. Linking behavior in 2007 is so wildly
screwed up that you don't really want to be there.

But if you're stuck with it, one or another of the macros here should help:

Show me the link and let me edit it
