I have a set of charts to track daily data. On my PC with
my resolution they look perfect. But when other users look
at them with their lower resolutions they look different.
The legend and other items move and do not fit the chart
anymore. Is there a way to make the charts look the same
no matter who looks at them and no matter what their
resolution is?

Thanks!

I suppose you could export them as GIF files, and report them in a web
page. Then everyone has the same low resolution.

I have the same problem. Text boxes overlap, Font chages
size, If opened in a window(instead of full screen)
everything is distorted. I sent the same file to 6 people.
We all have the "same" machines and it displayed and
printed differently for everyone. How do we stop this.

I've found a couple of things that might help. First, I ALWAYS keep the
Excel worksheet zoom at 100% (chart sheets seem robust to the setting).
If I don't change various aspects of the default chart (e.g., legend
position, axis title position, plot area dimensions), I find they move
all by themselves. Once I've made an adjustment, they seem to stick. I
also have various formatting macros that I keep handy just in case I
need to fix a chart. But usually, once I've used one on a chart, I
don't need to reuse it; unless I've made some unfortunate changes and
need to start fresh.

I don't have the problem often at all, so I'm never sure how to answer.

I sent a response to your private email on this topic, but it was
