Chart that uses count of three queries

I have three queries that count records whether they are in just one
system or just in the other and then in both systems. I would like to
make a pie chart that shows where we need to focus on inputting data
into the system with the missing data. My problem is that I do not
know how to combine the three queries and count there records.

or desired output. I'm not sure how you expect someone to help.
